Seafood Salad

1 lb. imitation crab meat, shredded

1 cup diced celery

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sliced green onions (chop the tops as well)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 hard boiled eggs, chopped.

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for about an hour . Serve either as a salad, on lettuce, or on

croissants.
